West Indies defeated India by a massive 9 wikcets margin as Evin Lewis strikes an unbeaten century in T20I series. Batting first, India set a total run of 190. This total is assumed as a big score in T20. But Evin Lewis turned this big total into small. He scored 125 runs unbeaten in just 62 balls which included 12 sixes and 6 fours.
The Opener of West Indies, Chris Gayle and Evin Lewis, gave a good start as their partnership went upto 82 runs. Chris Gayle lost his wicket when he scored 18 runs. And then again Lewis made a good partnership of 112 runs with Samuel who scored 36 runs for his team.
In the Indian side, the opener duo, Virat Kohli and Shikhar Dhawan, also gave a good start. They had a partnership of 64 runs in just 5.4 Overs. Virat scored 39 runs and Dhawan lost his wicket in 23 runs. Another two batsmen, Dinesh Kartik (48) and Rishabh Panta (38), also had a good partnership of 86 runs. With the Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Kedar Jadhav's 4 4 runs respectively, India set a good total of 190 runs in 20 overs with the loss of 6 wickets.
